If you have taken advantage of one of our convenient payment options, you must complete your installment payments as agreed, or the tickets will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your ticket level and seat selection to ensure your desired choice is correct. The seats selected are yours once you complete the checkout process. You may transfer your VIP Package to another person up to 2 weeks before the event starts by sending your request through the contact form for review. The transfer request is only approved once you receive confirmation from the MAJACE team. To transfer General Admission tickets, give the desired person the confirmation tickets you received after checkout. Remember that our team will only scan each ticket once, so keep them in a safe place.
